After getting an amazing take away we visited the restaurant on Sunday where we got a starter, main and naan each for £15. Waiter was really friendly and always making sure everything is fine. Food was beautiful and good portion sizes

On the off chance we phoned for a table on Eid and we got a table. Weve been here a couple of years ago and it was good food. Last nights food was amazing. The vindaloo was the hottest I've ever had. It was fabulous. Thank you.

It's an absolute curry lover's paradise! Their curries are bursting with flavor and the spice levels are just right. The staff is super friendly and always ready to recommend the perfect dish based on your preferences. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family. Tucked away in Cross Gates, Nawaz is the go-to spot for Indian cuisine in Leeds. As you step in, the aroma of crispy popadoms and colorful pickle trays welcomes you warmly.
We opted for the meat thali, a creamy chicken korma, and the special tikka cheese naan. The meat thali, with its four chef-selected curries, showcased the chef's expertise and left us wanting more with each flavorful bite.
Nawaz has a cozy ambiance that adds to the dining experience. The service is attentive, and every detail of the meal is well taken care of.
For anyone craving authentic Indian flavors, Nawaz is a must-visit. It's a relaxed spot that offers delicious food without any fuss.

Spur of the moment visit as we fancied a curry and was going to order a take out but just decided to pop in and so glad we did. The poppadoms and sauces helped prepare our taste buds. The staff are absolutely fantastic and laughed when we ordered two naan breads and convinced us to have one and we're so glad we did they were big enough to act as a king-size quilt. The starters were great and just perfectly sized to get your stomach ready. The main course came and it was as my mother asked very mild but managed to keep the perfect flavour and my Baltic was nicely spiced but still allowed the flavour of the rest of the ingredients to come through. The staff were perfect and we're very knowledgeable about the dishes. It maybe a very small place and doesn't have a alcohol license but it's absolutely excellent would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of having a curry just spend the extra few quid and pop in here for a lovely meal. Will be going back here soon

What a find! The tastiest treat for some weary travellers- a tiny restaurant with a magical chef. When we arrived there was a family enjoying a meal, the youngest of whom was eating a pizza from next door, a couple of students and people arranging a booking for their christmas party. My husband and I wanted to taste the whole menu but sadly our eyes were bigger than our bellies especially where the mega naan was concerned! Nawaz would be our new favourite curry house if it wasn't 3hours from home!
