Visited again more recently and pizza is where it's at. Great vegetarian and vegan options and my friend also enjoyed the curry they ordered. They've also renovated inside so much nicer to dine in. It's not expensive and open till late. As long as you're not expecting gourmet, I'd recommend.

Maybe stick to the pizza menu. Some great options there but pretty terrible for burgers and starters. Also oddly our starters were served at the same time as the mains (for a group of 9). Pretty low end feel to the place - somewhat fast foody

We came here from Scotland after hearing great things and we were not disappointed. The outdoor seating is lovely. Inside is a casual cafe vibe. The food was top notch. The fresh orange juice was banging and was actually fresh, we saw them take the oranges and press them unlike in some places where they say fresh but give you carton. We ordered Sami's special pizza, meat lasagne and a mixed grill with naan. The mixed grill was honestly the best one I have ever tasted. Full of flavour and juicy and tender. The service was perfect, the cafe had a nice, friendly vibe. It's not fancy, you could tell its a hit with the locals and it's good value for money. Will be sure to be back next time I'm in town.

Couldn't get in on our first visit so last night we rang and booked our table for 5. What a fabulous little place. Only 5 tables inside but there is about 8 tables outside. We each ordered different...lasagna a curry rice garlic naan and burgers with a jug of lassi 2 cokes. The entire meal was £51 excellent value for lovely food. The portions are very good too. My only niggle is they don't do kids meals so my 2 year old granddaughter had to have an adult portion which of course she didn't eat. We all enjoyed it, the staff are lovely. We will be going again highly recommended

Grove Cafe is a place of dreams. I’ve been a regular for years and I’ve never been let down. Very occasionally they make mistakes or get the order wrong, but who doesn’t? They always sort it out and I’ve never been left unhappy.
Their food arrives hot every time and is made with fresh ingredients. Their pizza is actual pizza instead of way too much dough, way too much cheese and very little sauce. Their curries are plentiful and always delicious. The staff are kind people doing honest work.
If you want to support a small business run by people in the community and have a good takeaway at a good price, you’ll never go wrong with Grove Cafe.

The cafe was nice and clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. The vegan food choices are excellent, we really enjoyed it, our food arrived really quickly. I was stuffed after a 9 inch pizza and had to leave most of my fries. I will deffo make this my default pitstop for food in the future!

This place has pizza that makes me happy. I am vegan inclined and the pizzas and curries are loooovely. Not long to wait for yummy food always delivered by nice people! One of my favourites.

I love Grove café. The staff are always cheerful and friendly, and the food is impeccable. Perfect place to order from if you are either normal, vegan (huge selection of vegan offerings!), or a mix of the two ordering from the same place.
The vegan tofu fritters are a favourite of mine, and the pizzas are always delicious, none of that "I'm not sure what this is instead of cheese but it sure as hell ain't what it's meant to be" that you tend to risk with vegan pizzas.
Highly recommended.

One of best pizzas place i been to. Easily the best in leeds and it’s HMC too. The triple chicken pizza was nice and i will definitely try the vegetarian options next time around.
