Caffe Nero

Visited today with my partner who has a serious wheat allergy. We’re used to her having to go grab a sandwich from a nearby supermarket and staff are always great about it wherever we go. When she came back and said they hadn’t had any GF sandwiches and she’d just have to get the soup, the girl at the counter said ‘you don’t look like you want the soup, why don’t I call a local store to see if they have one of our GF sandwiches?” She proceeded to call three other stores until she found one in stock, then asked another team member to nip round and get it. Absolutely wonderful service, she went above and beyond. It was the first time we’d visited this branch and we will definitely be back! My partner thought her name was ‘Dee’ - please see she gets the recognition she deserves!
