Myself and family visit Butlers often. Always met by friendly staff, even at busy times and have many options on food and drink. They do really well to cater for on-site office staff and walk-ins equally. Great team😘 …

Very hit and miss. Service is extremely slow even when it's not busy. Got a weird look when I asked for a tray to carry several items to a table. Hello - health and safety! Croissants were half raw inside. Brownies and cakes are tasty but pricey.

Stopped here after a long dog walk. Great service and my dog was made welcome with a bit of chicken. Had coffee and tuna jacket. Both were lovely. Defo atop here again when walking on the canal

Now serving ritually slaughtered Halal. We will never return. When my wife asked “ it’s only a Chicken, who cares “ was the response. I’m not a Vegetarian but I care about Animal welfare. What next, will Bacon be removed from the menu in an effort to please the Muslims.

To all the staff at Butlers who hosted a surprise 40th Anniversary and Birthday party on Saturday 19th July 2025. It was a superb afternoon and the venue and food and great service made the day even more special. Thank you all again xx
