ABSOLUTE SHOUT OUT TO LEON!!!…. Exceptional customer service! We visited today ( 3rd time recently and all three visits have been spot on with both food and service ) Today however we were served by Leon. They were quite busy as it was early afternoon and to be expected but despite the colleague’s having plenty work in front of them, it certainly didn’t compromise the level of service given. Really polite and helpful and having commented how much me and my son loved one of their cocktails, Leon made it in his way to fetch the bottles used in the cocktail for me to see after I’d asked how it was made. Given the fact he was as busy as he was, I was genuinely blown away with his level of care for his customers. The food ( as always ) was really good. When I visit the White Rose I’d hands down rather visit this place than give £8 for a jacket potato or similar. A really nice meal with exceptional service. Keep the cocktails on ice Leon!!…. The food was nice even though we did find random frozen fries among the cooked ones. However, waitress did say she would discount the fries from our bill. Service was sporadic and although the waitress was quite lovely until I reminded her at the end of service that we had not received our drinks that had been ordered mid meal and when we said we no longer required it, she was quite rude.
