The prices are shocking. It's cheaper to buy coffee in all of the coffee shops in the 'expensive' areas of London I haven't once paid more. Didn't get asked what size I'd like. Barely looked at or spoken to. Not expecting loads from a busy train station, but I felt I was robbed at that price.
Had a bad experience with someone called vinyal or something similar who pretty much shouted at me to speak up when I was speaking at a clear normal volume , if I spoke any louder I’d have been shouting and it wasn’t a busy or loud environment. Was very rude and ruined my morning.
James is an exceptional person: he has professionalism in bounds, and is great to see him at Starbucks, Leeds Station after a year. I return to this very Starbucks because of him. Thank you for your service to the many patrons whom enter this establishment.
The worst quality Starbucks I've ever tried. Every time they just ignore when I ask to put less syrup in and every time I end up throwing away the coffee. This is the first negative review I've ever written but it's just such a waste of money. Even if you like Starbucks in general, avoid this one.
The coffee could be better made, really. The tables were dirty despite little traffic, no trash can. Seasonal coffee and tea were completely different from what is on sale. The matcha was not mixed well, I personally think that the staff …
A decent popular cafe chain in the train station. Service was fairly efficient for a busy time of day. There is a good selection of food and drinks at a decent price.
