Great coffee here, but it can sometimes be difficult to get a table as there are a lot of customers who come to use the wifi for their laptops. On the upside, it therefore always appears lively

Served by Jacob who was lovely and couldn't rate the service higher. Drinks were brill, found with nero it can be hit or miss, but headingley is definitely always a hit

Always great coffee, and a reliably comfortable atmosphere, however would really like it if they (like other popular cafe chains) had food / snack / cake options for coeliacs.

Great little coffee shop, lovely relaxing atmosphere that was perfect to just chill and read in. The staff were fantastic, great service and amazing coffee! Really hard workers, if anyone from H/O is reading this, give them all a raise, they deserve it :)

Very friendly staff, always helpful. The shop is in a busy part of Headingley and is attended by many students using laptops as well as people of all ages. It has nice large windows for seeing life go by. Due to the large volumes of customers you may find you can’t get a seat or may have to sit up at the windows, but this is quite rare in my experience. I recommend the bacon rolls (Make sure that it’s heated well) and apricot croissants … but don’t take the last one … it’s for me 😊
