Such a lovely and friendly wee pub, only stayed for a couple of drinks as was heading to a music venue. Great selection of real ales.

A real gem of a pub. A great example of how awesome friendly staff can make a tiny bar on the corner of a busy street an absolutely belting place to go and have a drink. The pork pies are brilliant!

Top place despite its small dimensions! Been here several times now and the small selection of beer never disappoints. No fuss just good beer and chance to chat and enjoy. Had the pies in the past and they are good as well

First time visiting, very impressed. The Guiness was lovely, and I especially noticed the attention to detail. The toilets are stocked with sanitary products as well as toiletries to freshen yourself up - this should be standard everywhere! Everyone wants to feel good about themselves. The pint was about £5.2, which is a bit steep but given it’s a small place and area, this is fair. Lovely busy outside seating right on Kirkstall road, keep up the good work guys!

Loved this place, good beer and (proper good) pork pies with chutney/mint sauce, pickles and mushy peas as sides - the most excellent small but well crafted menu.

Very nice pub, great beer, just poorly served. Foam spills out and stains the glass. We will definitely be back, it's worth it!

Hidden gem in Kirkstall. I say hidden it’s right on the main road opposite the cinema!! Delicious food and drink. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. X

Always a dark beer on tap, frequently vegan pies, excellent banter and no TVs (hooray!)
Only downside is its hard to find out in advance if they will have any vegan pies left and they do run out.

Nipped in to get takeaway pork pies. Friendly welcome from Dave and the pies were very tasty.
Will definitely return to have a few beers in the bar, as it's small and cozy 😀
