I have lived in Leicester for 4 years now and been craving a place like this, I only discovered this little gem recently, but I'm glad I was forced into a detour down this before undiscovered road. The food is absolutely fantastic quality at a fair price, every time I go there now I end up with 2 dishes, just because I cant choose which one I like more. Burgers are amazing and I will get round to doing the challenge here at some point.

I have been a regular here for many years. Their daytime food (breakfast and lunch) is so delicious and filling - great English breakfast or eggs Benedict! Then the evening food is varied and full of flavour. All for a good price for the quality and size of dishes! Good meal deals throughout the day and evening. Service is friendly and helpful.

This place is brilliant! The waiter is extremely polite and accommodating. I've tried 3 of their breakfasts and the only little thing that let me down was that one morning the pancakes were tough. I will be going again as it's very good way to start the day

It is a very pleasant cafe that I would be happy to visit again. My salad was quite nice, although a little short on mozzarella. My friend was not able to get his first choice dish which was a bit disappointing. Arriving late was given as the reason but we were there just after 1pm which I consider well within lunchtime hours. There were no other issues.

This is a really nice, simple local cafe. I popped in one Saturday morning to have breakfast alone, sit and read a magazine and catch up with a couple of podcasts over a cup of tea. I had one of the poached egg dishes and it was delicious. Service was fairly quick and the staff were friendly. It's also a bonus that despite being a small, local outfit they accept payment by card. There's a lot of high quality competition in the area, including next door but Jones holds its own.

Jones' is great if you're in the mood...
What I mean by that is that the food is consistently really nice but it's a small venue and they have crammed every inch of it with tables and chairs so it's often a bit noisy and can feel overcrowded.
If you're in the mood for that kind of cafe experience it's fantastic.
If you're out for a romantic meal or something a bit more subdued then not so much...
They do have little window booths that you can reserve which are much more peaceful.

The food is great, especially the bubble and squeak! I had the greedy breakfast and all of it was really good (with the possible exception of the black pudding which was overdone). Would definitely go back to try the vegetarian breakfast as that looked even better. Everything is quite cheap too!

A lovely little place to eat located on Queens road. Great service and lovely food. Good prices for the food too.

Lovely cafe that I have frequented many times. Very tasty food and good service. Portion sizes are always good, sometimes a little hard to finish. Only downside is the fact it's so popular - sometimes it's hard to get a seat.
