As usual pizza express offers some of the best pizza available at a chain restaurant. The flavours available and quality of ingredients is excellent, for someone who loves a thin crust pizza the Romana style they offer is fantastic. All of this combined with the current 30% nus discount makes it really quite reasonable.

I have been frequenting this particular Pizza Express for many, many years. It is consistently good. The staff are always friendly despite being busy. The location is nice, even more so now the surrounding area has been developed and pedestrianised.

First visit today...what a find! So welcoming and atmosphere is palpably relaxed and the staff from the moment we stepped in were fantastic.
Our waitress Roberta was prompt, attentive but at no point hassled us to order....pet hate of mine!
We both had the Romana pizza (Ragu and Carbonara). They were the nicest we have had in a long time. The portions are extremely generous and piping hot.
I finished off with an espresso coffee...aromatic and sharp with no hint of bitterness.
It is easy to see why this restraurant is popular with both the time poor lunch clients/shopper and the night time clients. As we left it was morphing into a different evening vibe, the music changing, the servers wearing smart red aprons.
Deserves 5* and more.....

After a bad experience at a nearby pizza express I needed more persuasion than usual to try this one. However I am happy to report that we had a great meal. The service in particular was excellent, maybe helped by the fact that it wasn't really busy, but good all the same.

Nice little branch of this popular pizza chain. It has a slightly dark ambience which makes it good for a romantic date.
It's worth Googling 'Pizza Express Offers' before you go to obtain a voucher for your food which can be displayed to a waiter before you get the bill.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Quick service. Tasty well cooked food which is always served at appropriate temperature. Even when very busy, as they often are, you are never made to wait longer than you would wish.

Had Christmas meal here for a large group. They gave us the whole top floor with serving staff just for us. Amazing! Very quick service and great friendly staff. Very helpful when we wanted to pay separately

Good food and attentive service here. Went with the family on a deal that gave us three courses for £13.95 each. Wine, however, is grossly marked up - £4.00 for a standard glass of their cheapest red.
