We had a lovely meal in Mono Vita this evening. It was great that the restaurant was open early evening as we have a 6 year old so tend to need 'dinner' at about 5.30pm.
The service was great. Nothing was too much trouble and the gentleman serving made a real fuss of our little one.
The food was delicious. All was prepared freshly and was nicely presented. The chicken and mushroom pasta was a real highlight! We would certainly recommend!

We visited on Valentines weekend so a set three course meal was in place, multiple choices on starter, main & sweet, excellent value at £25 a head but we prefer the Greek menu, especially Friday nights with traditional Greek live music, highly recommended, the staff & musicians make you very welcome.

Small yet Friendly restaurant, live music (lady on organ) really lovely gentle back ground music, food was Fab, I had roasted haloumi starter, and beef stifado as main, large lumps of tender beef cooked in a red wine gravy, generous portions, friendly staff, the other half had garlic mushrooms starter, and a chicken main which he thoroughly enjoyed judging by the two empty plates. Good value for money too. We had 2 drinks each as well, and got change from £60 ..well worth a visit 👍

On the edge of the city centre. This is a little gem of a restaurant. The food was great and the service from Artan the owner and his staff was excellent. Also nice simple live music. I did not count but I would say there was about 22 covers. Much better than the plastic restaurants in the centre.

Had a fabulous meal here on Saturday 29th June, food was great,we had a meze for two ,so filling & the tiramisu was lovely too , my girlfriend had lemon cheesecake but after eating it wished she'd had the same so the boss man who made it himself brought out another portion for her ,by the end she was bursting!! Wine was value for money too , we had house rosé first at £12 a bottle then a rosé prosecco at £18 , have to say the cheaper one was nicer ! , One thing I can't believe is the place was empty all night ,so anyone reading this must go so this little gem stays open! Only one down side was no Greek party music,that would have given them 10 out of 10 but iI'l be generous & still give 9 well we did get one extra tiramisu!! Wow! A total hidden gem serving tasty amazingly priced food. My starter/main + sweet all hit the spot - house merlot was good + extra glass + limoncello on the house an added bonus! Espresso top marks! Will definitely return 5*

Great atmosphere, staff and delicious food. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. They have a set menu, 3 courses for £13 - great value for money.
The waiter was very friendly and gave great service!

This place is the absolute best. Delicious food, very reasonable prices and incredibly welcoming owners. Forget the chain restaurants and give this place a go! The garlic mushrooms are a must!

Good choice on menu. Friendly staff and food was lovely. Could do with decor upgrade and attention in the toilets as it let's the experience down.
