New staff. Long time. It had a welcoming and masculine feel to it that complemented my positive attitude and the mother's and babies balancing the spirit of Nero undoubtedly attempting untold discrepancies on the baristas. Ancient creep.

Service as always was very friendly, atmosphere was also good, I had the seasonal millionaires hot chocolate, which wasn't much different to their usual hot chocolate in taste tbh

Went to cafe Nero and took some reusable cups with me (the Starbucks ones in photo) and asked to make the drink in them and they did just that filling them up depends on the drinks ratio. The drinks were delicious. The mango and passionfruit fruit booster is one of the best summer drinks for sure. The mocha frappe is choclately and sweet and the biscuit iced latte is a sweet coffee drink for biscuit lovers.

Felt sorry for the 2 men working there as customer before us unfortunately dropped his drink all over the counter so everything had to be cleaned down. We, and subsequent customers, were asked to wait which we were happy to do.

Umi is always thee most kind and welcoming staff in this cafe Nero, I'm always incredibly excited to be served by her as she makes the experience so lovely and warm! Also makes THEE best oat lattes I've ever had :) Very happy customer x

One of my favourite Caffe Nero's because of the great upstairs rooms which always have space - sofa and tables to work at in peace.

Decent coffee although a bit pricey. Good service. It shocked me to find that it's some pennies cheaper to have it outside in the terrace than inside, in Spain it would be the other way around.

THE best nero in Leicester, the staff is amazing, always friendly and eager to help. Its hard nowadays to find genuine friendly baristas that are making amazing coffee, coupled with some jokes to make your day better. Sometimes i visit just to say hi and ask how they are, 10/10
