This is part of a mezzanine floor. There is no ambience. Nevertheless it is well patronised with a good reasonably , even cheap, menu and friendly staff. If visiting the shopping mall I recommend it

Clean, airy and tables well spread. Only went in for a coffee, service was polite and speedy. It was 'machine' coffee rather than 'proper' barista coffee but tasted ok. Well frequented.

I arrived as they were clearing up to go home but they were still happy to serve us i think, full marks for that alone.

This is my 8yr old granddaughters favorite go to place for a sausage and bacon sandwich.
I generally have a coffee.

Came in on 3rd November around 4pm (was just serving coffee & cake) a lovely lady served us and made my daughter a special milkshake as she was disappointed there was no hot chocolate left my daughter was over the moon! I didn't catch the lady's name i belive it started with a M she had sliver/blond hair. had some bad experiences here in the past but after the service on that day we will definitely be returning

I nipped in to the Tesco Café as I hadn’t tried a supermarket café in a few years. When I arrived I was served by a lovely polite lady. I ordered a cappuccino ☕️ and fish & chips. The lady informed me there would be a 15-20 minute wait on the fish, I said no problem. She made my cappuccino right away and told me to take a seat and she’d bring my food over when it’s ready. As you can see from picture below the portions are ample and the coffees look amazing too. I’d definitely recommend.

Always like popping up here (Loughborough cafe, Not Leicester) for bite to eat or just nice pot tea. Though you need to let chef know if you need like, bacon done crisper, she will oblige. Well done lovely pleasant staff.

I go for a coffee, costa is my preferred place but you can't get a decent seat there... so I go tesco. had fish and chips, it was haddock. crunchy batter great fat chips I would eat it again. staff friendly also. not very often staff smile these days... but they did. I can tip for less

ok, 5 stars for tesco cafe. hear me out
I went in, fancied fish and chips and that's what I got. batter was crispy, chips were crispy, sauces were good.
I had to wait a while, not sure how long but it wasn't important.
the staff were nice, smiley and went about doing their job in a productive manner.
if there were stars for staff they would get mine.
