I was excited to order the new orange Italian lemon ice and didn’t realize it had a dairy base. When I asked at the window, Carol not only offered to make a dairy-free strawberry lemon Italian ice for me, but offered to let me kid in the car keep the orange one because he doesn’t have a dairy allergy like I do. I’m grateful the customer service because I expected to drive off after learning the ingredients and take it as a loss. Thank you for your attentiveness and your service.

I’m writing to you from the comfort of the cool tile beside the toilet in my hotel. What was supposed to be a new adventure for work has sadly turned into a camp out in the bathroom at my hotel. This place has poisoned my insides with their so called “chicken Parmesan”… more like chicken BARFmesan. I have journeyed here to Lexington for the first time from Ohio and decided to try fazolis, not knowing that it would equate to me being stranded in my hotel room for three days on my birthday weekend with sweats, chills, SEVERE vomiting, and explosive diarrhea. BEWARE do not eat here; have a barf bag, wipes, and a depends readily available if you do.
