Starbucks

I was super disappointed this morning. My caramel brûlée was missing the whipped cream and toffee bits! It’s my favorite part of the drink. I double checked my order and I never said to leave it off. :( The app also said my order would be ready at 8:07 but when I walked in at 8:03 it was already there and my sandwich wasn’t fresh.

Friendly, helpful staff at 2700 Wilhite Dr in Lexington. However, there is an odd price difference of .30 cents on Cheese Danishes between that Starbucks and others located in the same county. (See images). Some locations charge $2.95 while the one at Wilhite charges $3.25. At first, I thought it might be due to a sales tax difference in the district. But based on what I order it only appears to affect the Cheese Danish. Albeit I admit I didn't check each and every product on their menu. At the risk of being a "Karen" I asked the manager on duty. She wasn't sure of the answer - other than it may be due to the district they're in. She said other customers have had the same question. I told her that the price difference only seemed to pertain to the Cheese Danish. She mentioned that they don't set the prices at the store level. I just wonder if maybe whomever entered the prices in may have made an error, or if there's another logical explanation. Oh well, it's a mystery that I may never solve. I should get back on Keto anyway for the New Year! Thanks again to the staff at SB for being friendly. I know that these are trying times to be dealing with picky public like myself.

This is our new favorite Starbucks location. Consistent good quality and very great service. Everyone is so nice. It's busy but they handle it well. Very rarely does this location run out of ingredients. Which is an issue with other locations. Keep up the good work! We are loyal customers of Starbucks!
