Outback Steakhouse

Our food was excellent! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and had a great seasoning, the baked potatoes were hot and fluffy, and the salads were fresh. The restaurant was clean and or service was great. I honestly can’t complain about one thing from our visit, which is extremely rare at most restaurants these days. We will definitely be back soon.

Great experience!! Really clean location. New everything. Service was sort of slow and they forgot to bring our appetizer out until after we had finished our meals. However, because they forgot they gave it to us on the house without us even having to ask! Food was tasty though and well done. Prices were standard - for the chicken sandwich it was $14 and then unlimited soup and salad was $8.99 before 4pm on weekdays. Weird note: the paper towel holder in the bathroom was about 5’6” off the ground (at my head). Very interesting.

Went online at 7:15 and was given 45 minute wait. Arrived at restaurant at 7:25 And was seated by 7:35. Waitress was upbeat, pleasant, friendly and receptive. Received drinks and bread quickly. Bread was so fresh and hot and adding the soft butter, we were impressed with it. Soft bread with hot melted butter was delicious. Meal ordered was steak and shrimp with pasta dish and steak potato and salad. The steak with pasta was ordered medium well and it came a little red….loved the seasoning and steak tips were easy to chew. Shrimp was seasoned and small. Combined with tasty pasta really enjoyed the dish. Steak with potato was ordered medium well but came pretty well done. Without A1 sauce it was tough to eat. Potato was not cooked completely but salad was fresh and came with croutons, tomato and cucumber. Throughout meal, server was efficient and kept checking in when needed Restaurant itself was open area so conversation at different tables could be heard. Great lighting and wall decor. Felt like I had no privacy because you are so close to other tables with no barrier. All in all, wait wasn’t long. Food was good. Service was respectable. Would go back to eat there again.

I anticipated a really exciting experience to dine here. Seen many great reviews about both the service and food. I expected it to be restaurant, but instead it was circus, thanks for the free entertainment I guess. The salads took over an hour to arrive, our ticket for our food was lost so it never arrived, the manager never talked to our table or apologized for the inconvenience. It was surprising seeing the servers put more effort into the restaurant than the managing team. To also note, the reason this establishment has “great” reviews is because the staff forces customers to rate them 5 stars. A server at a table beside us, watched and directed his table what to write on their review. The restaurant has employees with potential, but the lack of an effective managing body makes this place barely operable. This place is an embarrassment to the restaurant industry, and the fact this place is even open is astonishing. This restaurant needs an entire new managing body or just shut down. I think I rather eat from the dumpster behind McDonald’s than come back here. With this said, Outback Steakhouse was a major disappointment…. But great hosts they were really nice and I’m so sorry they have to work there.
