Jimmy John's

I am more than irritated at this location tonight. Jimmy Johns is my sons favorite delivery place and probably orders there a couple times a week. I have been double charged before and tonight it took him almost 2 HOURS to get his sandwich. I called the store twice and the first time I was offered a $5 credit and the 2nd time the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and said “I’m not sure what you want me to do mam the driver should have been there by now”. He finally voided the transaction and when the driver finally came the food bag and wrapper wreaked of cigarette smoke and the sandwich smelled also. I won’t order from this location ever again!

Delivery guys have always been awesome. I make it a habit to always tip $5 or more, no matter my bill, just because they're always so fast and nice. Tonight I placed an order, it didn't show up.. okay, no big deal. I call the store to ask about my delivery, wasn't upset, just curious about my order, since I knew they'd be closing soon. The guy who answered the phone was so rude. He just kept repeating that they had knocked and that the people who answered said they didn't order food. I insisted that no one had knocked on my door, but he acted like he was insulted. He interrupted me several times, and talked over me while I tried to confirm my address. Finally, he flatly stated, "Ma'am, we'll bring it to you." No explanation, no "There was a mix up", or any kind of customer service. He brushed me off and hung up on me, without so much as an ETA. When my food showed up, the delivery man was super nice. Explained that I had put the wrong apartment down, I apologized. I don't know why they didn't call the provided number when it was turned away, but it wasn't that big of a deal. My real complaint is how I was treated just for calling to ask about my order. I feel sorry for whoever has to work with that guy... if he gets that upset over a simple phone call, I can't imagine how he must be on a daily basis.

Easily the most ridiculous service at this location. Driver never showed up with food, so I called to cancel the order. The ‘manager’, unwilling to give me his name, called himself a 14 year old ‘3rd manager’ and asked me to refer to him as ‘D’ - he ignored my first request to cancel the order and referred to me as ‘dude’, threw his driver under the bus (acted like his lack of good drivers was my problem) and hung up. I called back to be sure I was getting a refund, his best answer was ‘I don’t know’ ... I asked why a manager wouldn’t know this information, he replied ‘because I don’t order from jimmy johns then cancel...’ (with all kinds of sass). I told him my three year old had better manners than him and he hung up on me again. I paid for food I never received and still don’t have any indication of a refund. Writing off Jimmy Johns after this. If they seriously hire people that are or act like ignorant 14 year olds... they won’t be having my business.

I waited 2 and a half hours last Saturday for 1 sandwich no chips or drink didn't think it would take that long I could have actually walked there faster. I called and 2 times the first time I got he's almost there its on the way the second time 45 minutes later "he's stuck at the mall" you can have a cookie... I got my lunch for my lunch break 15 minutes before it was time to leave for the day. I really dislike the delivery guy. Food is great though.

I am not pleased with my service. The delivery man was not polite and didn't seem like he cared. Then, I didn't receive my drink. So naturally, I called back to see if they would bring it to me. Once again, the man who answered the phone was very disrespectful. After requesting the manager and asking for free food, the manager was very hesitant and only offered one cookie. I'm very disappointed overall.
