Insomnia Cookies

So, these cookies are not cheap, but they're open pretty late. More importantly, they are delicious, warm, and just the right size. I normally order a classic 6 pack for $10, and sometimes I'll add an extra cookie for $1.75. I've only been in once where they were out of the cookie I wanted, but I walked in close to closing time. I'll say again that I absolutely love the late hours and easy parking due to those late hours. Planning on spending several more nights at this place.

To those giving bad reviews because of masks, the pandemic is still here and very real, hello? Anyhow yes, only two people at a time inside which is fine, ITS POSTED ON THE DOOR ALONG WITH NO CASH! My complaint is that the group of us arrived and there were two people inside, we waited. And waited. And waited. It was at least ten minutes, to grab a pre made cookie? That was insane. We got to the counter and three of the cookies we wanted were “sold out” we got others instead it’s okay not a huge deal. But then I saw why the wait was so long. The girls inside were more concerned with their conversation/ cackling and carrying on than with customer services. I had to interrupt their conversation twice WHILE ORDERING because they were so into themselves. So the service is the reduction in stars The cookies however, were hot, large, a bit expensive, but very tasty and so filling! They taste exactly as their name. Not simply a basic cookie topped with something it’s filled through and through. Love it!

Ice cream was Blue Bell. Which is good. However, this place is in a less desirable area and the workers have no ice cream prep area where they add additional ingredients to the orders. I'm not sure how you properly clean the sliding glass door of the ice cream freezer after spilling a bunch of stuff all over it. Btw, the freezer doors were in fact dirty from doing this very thing. Wish I would have looked elsewhere.

Placed an order an 9:48pm and took them over two hours to deliver the cookies… they don’t close until 12am. Called to get a refund and they said they wouldn’t give me one. If it was going to take over two hours to deliver the cookies I just would have went and got them myself. Not to mention they don’t have phones in the store so you are having to talk to someone at a call center.
