Tgi Fridays

I love TGI Fridays. Their food is always fresh and hot and just perfect for me. The fried green bean fries are literally the best thing ever. My Steak is always cooked to perfection and seasoning on it is immaculate. The ONLY reason why I gave it 3 stars is because every time we go, our waiters have been less than excited to have us and tend to ignore us the entire time we're there. They also look miserable when they come to our table. This has happened back to back. I know people have bad days. And I don't expect a waiter to be with my table all night. But would it hurt anyone to make us feel welcomed? That's my ONLY complaint about Fridays.

Great meal. The coffee was just right, the brussel sprouts were amazing, and my million dollar cob salad was delicious. The service was great too, the server was attentive but didn't hover, and when asked for advice on menu choices she gave honest and helpful answers. Only problem was they forgot to put kale in my salad; but as soon as I mentioned it they brought a whole side plate of baby kale out for me to put in.

Great atmosphere, easily accessible from the highway, great service and large portion sizes. I ordered the House Salad w/dressing on the side. My order was served perfectly. There were 5 others in .my party that had orders with special requests and their orders were filled correctly. We showed our pleasure by leaving a generous tip

Went there on a weekday evening with my mom & my aunt. The place was virtually empty, maybe 1 more table of diners. They brought my aunt's food out a good 12 minutes (maybe more) before ours. She was nearly done eating before we even got our orders. No excuse for that. We also came here about a month earlier and I ordered the potstickers. The very talkative (almost too talkative!) server kept INSISTING I get "endless apps". I declined but she would NOT accept that. Finally I had to tell her I recently had stomach surgery and would be lucky to finish half of an order. I should not have had to explain that to her. I am adult; I know how much I eat; when I say "NO Thanks", it means just that. Aside from those things, the food was good, but won't return in a hurry.

Ordered 2 Iced waters with lemon. Got 2 ice waters. Ordered a beer and waited ten minutes. Flagged down waitress and she said " She is pouring it right now" referring obviously to the bartender, beer arrived with no head meaning it had been sitting. Waitress cane back several minutes later and we placed our order. I was a little tired from driving 500+ miles and didn't specify how I would like my burger prepared. It arrived a little overcooked to my personal taste. My wife was happy with her food. Then we waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table with our check and a box. I personally heard another waitress tell her that we were ready to go. She appeared from behind my wife within seconds of me hearing this. BTW there were about 15-20 patrons in the whole restaurant!!! The $5.00 tip was a "GIFT". As we walked out the hostess is standing at her podium thingy playing on her cell phone. 25 yrs Retail Managemnet experience! This location failed miserably.
