Chili's Grill & Bar

The food was awful. The chicken was VERY DRY. It look as if our plates was just sitting there before the waiter brought it out to us. Then when we approached the matter to her she act as if we was getting on her nerves. Prior to that my sister had to ask for them to remake her tortilla soup over because it wasn't hot and the tortilla was soggy. My blackberry tea didn't have any blackberry. I've always said the Richmond rd Chili's has gone down hill over the past few times I've visited. Nicholasville rd is better. As you can see clearly the chicken looks dry even in the picture and our plates was just brought to us!

Half the restaurant was shut down due to no AC. So everyone was seated on one side and do to certain things my grandkids can't handle loud voices or even raised voices. With that there was a table right nexted to our seated with loud voices I understand that some people can't control this due to them being special.. I'm just saying they had everyone cramped in on that one side no tables unoccupied. Then they got my burger wrong.so I had to wait extra time to only find a hair in it. Worst experience ever and that was my daughters favorite place NOT NOW!!!

Very small menu selection. Nothing even appealed to me. The hostess seated us saying we should join the rewards club, I said we don't have chili's near our home, she said you get something today. After I screwed around looking at that and asking the waiter, I still had no clue, and hadn't even looked at the menu. I just picked something. I was irritated and took most of the food home.
