Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen

First timer. Great salad kitchen, portions, friendly staff, and clean. Went in for tuna salad, they didn't offer tuna, so I went with chicken. It was really good. Only suggestion just a few more protein options, maybe some venison, tuna, or even some steak. Shrimps were pretty tiny too and I may have missed them, I didn't see any tomatoes either. I'll go back and eat there again.

We've eaten at Vinaigrette dozens of times over the last year, and generally it's very good. However, the quality seems to be declining. Today, we went in and the noodles we were served were moldy. The young man on the line was nice enough to dump them and offer something else, but then we noticed the lettuce was moldy too. We pointed out that the lettuce was brown and pink and he said, "Oh, yeah, we should probably just dump that." Yes, you should and you should probably have done that before putting it on the line. If we hadn't pointed the mold situation out, they would have served us that garbage. Not impressed.
