Domino's Pizza

During a time when fast food places are rapidly going downhill in terms of quality, price, taste, and customer service... this is the only fast-food place that I've been to where I feel like they've been improving. Over the last 6 months, I've gotten pizza from this Domino's many a times. What started out as a 6.5/10 pizza has since become a 10/10 pizza over a few months (in regards to "fast food" pizza). Sure, occasionally a pizza might be a miss. But, for the most part, this Domino's delivers! (no pun intended) All other pizza locations in town need to take note of whatever the management/employees are doing here because clearly they're doing something right.

Ordered 2 hours ago. They forgot a pizza, no big deal. Called and told them about it, asked if I could get the pizza they forgot. Yeah, sure, about 30 minutes or so I was told. Asked if I could have a fresh pizza and was hung up on. Literally. It's been an hour since they were coming and still no pizza. Terrible customer service. They are now not answering the phone.

I choose the wrong store on my app and when I didn’t get my order I called but the guy answered my call and was very rude and offered no solutions. He wouldn’t even let me talk and hung up on me twice and I still got no food and my money is gone until whenever. I’ve been sitting here sick can’t go anywhere and he didn’t have the decency to send my order to the right store. This store is terrible and if that guy is the manager it isn’t making money or customers happy.

Tonight I ordered from my local Domino’s and this is because my youngest nephew (MY KID) doesn’t eat certain foods because of weird textures and odd smells that cause him to be sick. So this will be his Christmas dinner. Thanks Dominos for being open unlike little Caesar’s which is closed today and tomorrow. Prayers for all that we might all prosper and find love in the upcoming new year. ❤️🏳️‍🌈
