Panera Bread

Do not visit the Palomar location in Lexington!! We have attempted to order from there 4 times and every single time they screw up the order! They leave out some of our food or give us the wrong stuff. We've called and we're told they can't issue a refund for the missing items but they'll send us vouchers for free meals to replace the ones we didn't receive. We never get the vouchers. We called today to ask that our order be double checked and we were told that it absolutely would be double checked personally by the person on the phone. We were missing a sandwich again. The receipt was marked as though the order was checked (like it always is) but apparently they have their eyes closed while checking every single time. We will not be returning.

I ordered a pepperoni flatbread pizza with extra sauce. It looked like someone just poured sauce all over this. It doesn’t even look appealing. There is sauce even in the box. Very disgusted by the quality that they would send out and think that it is exceptable. This is my last order from them. It’s not the first time they messed up my order. I had to take a picture of the product just to show how nasty it was.

Drive-thru service was EXCELLENT! We had 5 different orders going thru the drive-thru... you know how that can be... and the young lady was friendly, calm, patient, and throughal as we placed our order just minutes ago. The order was complete and correct and all hot items were hot! Thanks for having a drive-thru setup during the times in need to feed people at a social distance!
