Terrible experience ! Zero stars should be an option.
Late Saturday morning, not crowded, 5 employees, dirty tables, not friendly or attentive service, f-bomb dropped loud enough for whole store to hear, when items were ready they just laid them on counter, no announcement, they forgot one of our items, when we asked about it, it was like we were bothering them, when last item was ready, again, it was just laid at end of the counter, no announcement, no apology.
Panera is far and away better than Starbucks.
Will never return. Ten minute drive to Panera is well worth it.

I used to love this location but lately I'm disappointed because they always seam to be out of ingredients for the drinks I order. Oatmilk for example. Or they can't make a cold foam sugar free... weird.

One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. Claire was very nice and patient when I was trying to make a complicated order. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in Lexington.

Other then over priced coffee, service was fast. Usually get my coffee right, but on occasion like today it’s a little bitter. It always depends on who makes it. Some are better at it then other.

If you make the mistake of using the drive thru at this location you will be TRAPPED forever. They were out of the particular items we wanted and we waited FOREVER just so we could simply leave this hell. I hate this place. I wish I could leave no stars.

Super long wait on food in quiet time because three sénioritas are talking to each other instead of working - they were out of the first 4 things I asked for no stoppers sleeves etc. The cashier and barista at 11 were actually great - trying to compensate for their ultra pokey coworkers and store inventory mismanagement

Polite and kind employees can't make up for the multiple blunders I've experienced at this location. Ticket items frequently not printing, leading to regularly missing food and drinks that make the convenience of mobile ordering null and void when you have to wait in line to inform them and then get the food prepared. The wrong items placed inside on an all too familiar expectation; I can forgive pumpkin bread constantly swapped in place of the banana nut bread I ordered since I like the former as well. But really, look elsewhere if you have a craving.
Today in just another example my bread and bagels turned into two breads. You're paying for a gamble on what you'll actually receive and if it's even what you ordered. I'm tired of the risk and would encourage any other Starbucks location over this one.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Decided to order in store- there was no line in the drive thru. I ordered my drink as two people walked in behind me and ordered. They got there drinks right away- I continued to wait for 30 minutes until I finally asked and they were made. All of the workers had attitude. I tried to be patient as I know how hard it is to get workers due to covid but between the disrespectfullness and slow service I would not recommend this location.
