Apparently "a medium Buffalo with sweet tea" doesn't mean it's a meal anymore so when I asked for my tater totes they said I didn't order a meal. So instead of charging me the difference or comping the tots for their misunderstanding I had to buy them separately costing me twice as much than if they were included like I requested. Poor customer service, the food is horrible too.

They were fast and friendly. Especially for it to be as late as it was. They were well staffed and got my order 100% correct. I will definitely be back again for a great late night snack.

The “manager” who took my order acted like I was trying to order rocket science materials. Told me I was being “difficult” when my drink literally has three ingredients. Dude needs a new occupation and I hope that it’s back in school to learn basic skills.

The manlady in the night shift, was rude, after waiting at the drive through speaker for over 2 minutes we proceeded to the window, she starts yelling at us saying i wont reply on the speaker. Im sure their speakers were down or she had it on mute. They spit in our food. Never recommend anyone.

Sonic fries and lemonade are the best in fast food! My only issue is how slow and backed up they always are, most likely due to managers not scheduling enough people .

Everything was perfect. I Love Sonic and this is my favorite one to go to. I certainly wish they would have brownie batter year around.... but then again my hips don't need it. Lol

Good food. Great service. The drive through is very slow but the service makes up for it.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 items.it was on my way home from work. I got home across town and there were only 3 items in the bag and I went back and asked for my missing item and if they could compensate for the trouble. They said, "that just happens sometimes." They did not compensate for the inconvenience and made it seem like there was no reason to be compensated. I usually order from here and they lost a customer. Just disappointed with how many times I have been there.
