Marco's Pizza Lexington

Call at 3:10, I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I called back after 1:10 minutes and was told the pizza had not been cooked yet, and that they were not going to start cooking it until the driver was headed back to the store. Although I appreciate them wanting to make sure it was fresh when it arrives, I would like to have known up front the true time it would take to get delivered. At this point I am still waiting. What else can I do. I feel I was lied to so I wouldn't call another pizza place.whixh I would have. Not sure.if I will give my business to Marco's again. Let's see how it plays out. It had better be fresh and hot.

You will be unlikely to see a bad pie come from this place. Was introduced to this pizza by a fantastic person, and have not looked thought twice about it since. The quality of the sauces, toppings, and cheese, the look of the finished product, and the final taste of the pizza, as well as the friendliness of the staff is what does keep me, and will keep me coming back here. The best pizza on record, is the Garden Veggie. Give it a try with extra cheese! From an unknown reviewer, take my word for it, you'll too, can be hooked!

I ordered my very first Marco's pizza yesterday. Was excited to try it. Had heard many good things. It took an hour for delivery but I was still okay with that because I figured they were very busy. When the pizza arrived, it was not the "white cheesy" that I had ordered, it was a pepperoni, sausage and mushroom, banana pepper pizza. (Sorry to whoever ordered that pizza and got my white cheesy). I called the manager because I simply did not have time to have them take it back and remake it and start all over again. The manager (Ii think his name was Ross) was very nice and apologtetic and said he would make it right by sending a complimentary white cheesy to my office the next day and even bumped the order from a small to a large. I was okay with that because mistakes are made and it happens and I was being patient. I shared the mistake pizza with the guys at work as I can't eat those toppings. Flash forward to today and I was waiting on the replacement white cheesy to arrive. The guys said you should call and remind them. So I called at noon when the pizza wasn't here. I spoke to a lady who said yes that pizza is made and on its way. I was pleasantly surprised that they had not forgotten me. Thirty five minutes later however, I am not so pleasant. I called to gently inquire where it might be (as people have certain times for lunch even in an office) and the lady said it's on it's way and that's all I can tell you ...then she said "and my phone is ringing". Perhaps... but it won't be ringing by me anymore. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I paid over 15.00 plus tip for my lunch YESTERDAY and still to receive it. Sad way to run a business.

Had to stay in Lexington for 3 months and I regularly ordered pizza from here. Very good pizza, I always got original crust with old world pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, & pineapple. It never took no more than 40 minutes to get it delivered to my hotel room on Nicholasville Road. One of the best pizzas I've eaten, not greasy. Highly recommended.

Food was really good and even though we got there late and they were largely cleaned up for the night they were super friendly and got our food out to us quick. Both pizza and salad I got were perfect! It stuck into a shopping complex among other places so look closely when you're looking for it or you'll drive right by like we did the first time. Not a lot of setting space either, im guessing they mainly do delivery.

If I could give negative stars I would! I get an hour for lunch and my pizza was prepared wrong as was my salad, Steph moved so slow that my lunch gets to sit in my car while I work! When I pointed out that the salad was wrong she slipped gloves on to pick the tomatoes off of the salad and added cheese because most of it was gone after she went rooting through my salad which was very slow to be completed. She did not wash her hands before putting the gloves back on, nice health code violation! There are no personal sized drinks for a lunch visit, waste of my time and money! 😡😡😡😡
