Taco Bell

Great and friendly staff. The food is always hot and the speed at which I get my food is quick. The last time I came through, Maria was my order taker. She was very professional. When I ordered my food, I got a medium Pepsi with lite ice but it didn’t pop up on the screen that it was with lite ice. I said it twice to make sure it was as I ordered but she mentioned she’s the one making the drinks and that she’ll take care of it. True to her word, it was lite ice. I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve eaten here many times. I have had one good experience. I only come back because it’s the only vegetarian place that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and is open late. If there were other options I would take them in a heartbeat. This place is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to repeatedly. Never leave the drive through without checking your order and never order delivery unless you want a bag of disappointment delivered to your doorstep.

I will never go here again, there 4 for 4 when it comes to screwing up your order! First I'm charged for something I didn't order just to drive home and find out my orders wrong completely, then when I call the manager he tells me to come back and he'll fix the order just to get completely freshly made cold steak tacos the meat was cold and the lettuce was welted and frozen! No tomato and these tacos was supreme! So after being pasted my food from a manager in this condition I simply tossed it in the garbage completely lost my money and wasted gas on several trips... That was the fourth time they either forgot my order, gave me the wrong order, food was so sloppy it couldn't be digested, or waited 20 minutes just to be served completely cold food! I'd rather drive completely across town to a taco Bell or frequent one of the Mexican food trucks before I ever go here again!...I only pushed 1 star because I had to!

About a week aging went thru the drive thru and had two separate orders since my friend needed food also. After getting our food and checking it. It was suppose to be extra chicken extra cheese on the two Chicken quesadilla. Checked it and it was both just si I mple normal orders so we drove back through, and told them, they remade it and sent I ut another but once again not happy. I went inside and asked an employee who said they were rang in normal orders. Anywaus manager came over and proceeded to ask me for my receipt which for whatever reason I didn't have it. Even thought the employees who took the order says she already replaced it once and messed it up again, the manager was vwunaware of any of this because she was out side with her friend in their vehicle im assuming on break. Anyways she would not make my order the way I ordered it bc she says they are correct and I don't have my receipt. I know what extra chicken and extra cheese look like I'm not stupid and don't appreciate being degraded when spoken too. Anyways ill give them another shot when I'm desperate enough,
