I deleted my previous 2 star review so I could rewrite this after repeated disappointments. For the love of god, do NOT try to get a mobile curbside order at this store. You’ll be sitting in the spot for 30-45+ minutes. The drive thru at night is horrendous. They barely come to the speaker, when they do 99% of the time it’s cash only. They don’t answer their phone. It seems like they have no managers. If they do, the managers should be fired. It is a constant mess. No one seems to know what’s going on at any point. I truly don’t understand how this location remains in business.

Sat in drive through for over 5 minutes, while 3 other orders were taken in the other drive through lane. Employee kept telling us “ will be with you in a moment” while they took orders for the other lane. When something was said, employee gave attitude. I have been going to the McDonalds off an on for years, I’d didn’t think the service could get any worse. I wish I had an option of no stars. Poor service, orders consistently wrong. Sad.

I use to go here a lot. Food is usually ok. They meas up the order more than is acceptable and don't even think of eating here after 10PM or during rush hour, it'll take you 30+ minutes to get through the drive-thru. Go to a different McDonald's 10-20 minutes away to get your food and be home much faster!

Management hates their job so much that they act like the customers filled out the application for them to work there. Worst customer service out of all the mcdonalds locations in town. They also have zero clue on how to manage a drive thru and will leave you waiting for a whole hour while they pop out one order a time before even taking another order on the speaker. Then wanna tell you its YOUR fault when they mess up your order.

The quality of the night shift service at the Tates Creek Center location has DROPPED OFF. Haven't had my orders be correct in months, the staff all look and act miserable, and sitting at a speaker saying "hello?" after 5 minutes of nothing, while the other lane is just rolling out orders is really frustrating. Who owns this franchise location?

All these other recent reviews below regarding the speed of this restaurant are 100% accurate. They have no clue how to manage a drive thru. If you are unlucky enough to pull into the wrong drive thru lane (by wrong I mean the one that they happen to barely pay attention to that night) you'll see 3 or 4 other cars cruise past you in the other drive thru lane inexplicably before they even come to the speaker to take your order. Half the time the order is wrong. And even on their best night, expect to spend 25 to 35 minutes waiting.

It has its days. Usually it's fine with friendly staff but then some days you'll have rude employees. Case and point, I lost my wallet in there one day and another customer handed it in and they just said "Sucks to be them I guess." It doesn't help that the place gets super busy and backed up at night too
