Domino's Pizza

When our favorite location got sloppy and careless with how they made orders, we started going to this location to pick up. The few times we have picked up there, despite the app and texts saying our order is ready (not to mention the 2 minute guarantee), it takes them 20-30 minutes to get our order out to the car, I kid you not. And they always ALWAYS overcook their parmesan bread bites!! I did get an email for a free pizza per the guarantee but I accidentally clicked on it twice so now it won't work. Bummer!

Domino's on Euclid Ave charges $4.99 delivery fee on top of everything else and more than an hour later has the gall to tell me that it will be an hour and a half because they only have 1 driver. Tells me the manager is incompetent and doesn't know how to make a schedule. When I asked for the order to be remade as a carry out and I would just drive the 1.5 miles and get it I was told no. I would have to wait until my cold order was returned to the store for me to come get it. I will never do business with this company again.

I went to the Victorian Square today. It was awesome for me because it brought back a flood of memories. I could almost hear the carousel and smell the different delicious foods cooking in the various restaurants. Although they were painting and remodeling Victorian square they were keeping the old charm it always held. The cherry on top of this already fat Sunday for me was that I got to meet two favorite radio stars that now both d.j. for the same radio station b92.1... MAX AND DEAD AIR DENNIS WHO ARE FREAKING AWESOME!!!!

My family & I have been customers of the Euclid Avenue store for years. Our most recent order was out of the oven for over 30 minutes. When the delivery driver pulled up, they remained in their car for about 5 minutes, with me standing outside my doorway waving my payment, and then pulled away with absolutely no attempt to actually deliver the order. After calling the store and speaking with the manager, she said the driver tried to call me. That is a fabrication as no call was made to me. After requesting a fresh order to replace the one their driver never delivered, I was told I would have to wait another hour. I live only 1 mile away from the store. This is completely unacceptable. After years of spending money with this company, I will be spending it with their competitors that know how to treat their loyal customers.

Hey if you want a pizza, just order it, wait an hour and a half, then call the store just for them to start ignoring calls, start cleaning and closing early, and never deliver your pizza. You can even go to the store and then they are "closed" and still never get your pizza. If you want that, then I would recommend this location 👍🏽.............FYI, they are only 8 min from my house 😊
