Wendy's

I have been to this Wendy's multiple times now later in the night and have always had a good experience.. one of the few fast food places I have been were I think they actually like their job and care about the customer. They are very polite. The food is always fresh and they are quick, and they make it how it's supposed to be made. This is without a doubt one of the best Wendy's I've been too. Your nighttime manager and all his workers deserve raises.

Wanted what I usually get, a bacon cheddar sandwich. I have no clue what this is. It's soggy, has a sweet bbq smell that overpowers everything. I didn't check my food before I left bc I was heading to work in a hurry. I'm not sure if this is the wrong sandwich or what but the bread is a regular bun, no bacon jam, no shredded cheddar. Just everything is off on this.

What’s wrong with this Generation! I mean wow come on! I was having a hard time hearing the young lady that was taking my order and when I rolled up to the window there was a younger black gentleman who was rude to me when I tried to explain to him that the speaker was really low and I was Apologizing for not being able to hear her. After he Snatched my card out of my hands and rolled his eyes at me I didn’t say anything else. But I didn’t ask for a drink Carrier because I didn’t have a large drink and a frosty I’m assuming he didn’t like that because I was trying to put the rest of my stuff and it’s area he was beating the drink carrier on the windowsill because obviously I was taking too long even though there were no cars behind me after that he just shut the window and didn’t say a word to me I went and I opened my bag my fries were cold and stuck together I had a 10 piece nugget with no sauce and my hamburger was extremely old I know this because I work in restaurants and I know what a sandbagged burger is and that’s exactly what I got a burger that had been premade and sitting and the best part is after I spent almost $20 for this meal he didn’t even have the decency to give me my receipt. I’m very disappointed and disgusted I’d rather drive out of my way than ever come back to this one again
