This Fazoli's is the best one I've been to by far. Food was way faster than expected, and I received more than I expected as well. Extremely well performance and great food, would visit and recommend again. I'm already getting hungry as is. I got the basic spaghetti and meatballs, they were great. My friend got pizza, which we shared. All four of my friends agreed that this place's food is great.

The drive thru was 9 cars deep so we went inside. It was about a 15 min wait for food but as always everything was delicious. Hot. Salad s were great, just I hit a busy time! Not 5 stars because the person at the counter continued talking to a friend? All thru taking my order,

This is one of the nicest Fazoli's I have been to. The manager was great and the young lady at the cash register was so nice. We will come back and recommend it to others. We went tonight 21 April 2022.

I’ve loved this restaurant for as long as I can remember. I now go every Wednesday not just for the food, but also to see one of the employees, Hassan. He’s about 40% of the reason I come here every week. He always makes my day just a bit better.

As much as I like Fazoli’s fettuccine and breadsticks, we will not be returning to the location in Palomar. My son and I walked in at 9:25 PM. We knew the restaurant closed at 10. But we figured we were in a hurry and we would be done eating by 10 o’clock. Before we ordered the manager came out and asked if we were getting it to-go order. I told him no, we would be eating in the restaurant. He then proceeded to ask if we could hurry up and eat in 20 minutes because he wanted to close. He was rude and condescending. As hungry as we were, we left. I’m not giving my business to someone who runs a restaurant like this.

My first time ever leaving a review but I am now because my experience here was that horrid. Firstly I was made to order at a digital kiosk when walking into the store due to how understaffed they were. Then I was told that a meatball sub I ordered was out of stock even though I saw the item that was out of stock inside the kitchen. My friend who works at Fazoli’s told me that means they were just too lazy to make it. The server then left without even asking me what I wanted instead. When they came back I asked for a refund, but they denied me due to the order being placed on the digital kiosk they made me use. They then attempted to give me random food worth less than the meatball sub, while continuing to tell me they couldn’t give me a refund.

Hassan is amazing! He greets us with a smile every week and always stops by to say hi and check on our experience! He is the reason we keep coming back!!

We had a wonderful experience from the start to finish. They had a wonderful attitude and our food was great !!!! The staff and manager Hassan was very helpful even brining out takeout box’s for the extras
