Burger King

Past 3 times I've ordered food from this place has been wrong in some way shape or form. They served a family of six who came in after I ordered, before i got my two number 1 meals. Terrible place. Needs to be shut down. Sucks cause I love Burger King. But this one really does need to be torn down....

Stopped in last night. Must have been around 9:00 pm or later. Ordered a large size #2 with a sweet tea. Pulled around to the window and I was given a large coke and large sweet tea. I mentioned that I didn’t want the coke, so they took it off the bill and gave it to me anyway. I had to pull out front and wait probably about 10 minutes for my order. About 4 cars were out there waiting also, no telling how long. They finally bought all the orders out at once. My order came with a small fry. I thought if you ordered a large size, your drink and fries were large. I rated them 2 stars because this isn’t the first time I had problems.

Stepped in due to a family member having a doctors appointment. Clean and friendly staff made the experience. However, the food was as great as I had expected. Chicken, like I have said in other reviews on Burger King (chicken fries here are the exception) hasn't had a very great reputation when it came to the chicken. But it's burger king, right? Burgers weren't as other's I have had. They were good. But it wasn't great.

Google I understand that you want really good reviews, but do we really need them for fast food? People know the menu, people know that the service is either going to be good or bad. People are people they have good days and bad days. Should they bring it to work? No, but they do. We all know the employees at fast food places tend to make less than 30k and they are treated like a number of the company. This location is no different than any other BK out there same food same service that is + or - depending on the day, weather, or which side of the bed they wake up on. Google I am sick and tired of you wanting to know every fast food restaurant is and the service. Sorry BK I used you all to voice an opinion of Google surveys.

Went through the drive through and they lost my order after asking me to pull up front. When I went in to ask about it they had no idea what happened to it but they sent out about 9 orders before mine. Waiting room backed up, drive thru backed up and cars in parking spots waiting for food. When I got my food no explanation or apology or anything. People in line waiting to order walked out due to the obvious lack of service. AND the food is cold ...

Food was good - Service desperately needs work! Upon driving up to the drive through at 11:40 am today, I heard a voice say “hello how can I help you” I gave her my order, without repeating my order she tells me to pull forward. I can tell from the screen in front of me it was incorrect. Once I approach the window she tells me my total (never repeats me order) and passes me a drink - the outside of the cup is covered with pop. Now - I’ve gone through McDonalds before when this happens you don’t have to ask them they wipe it off - it’s common sense. I ask if she will wipe off the drink (no one wants to grab a drink covered in pop) she doesn’t wipe it but grabs a napkin and puts it around the drink. Still pop remains and I ask her again - it’s not a hard thing to do. The two running the drive through window are in such a hurry they have no time to wait on customers even though there is no one else in line. It was poor service - I don’t eat out and this was a day I thought I would treat myself - next time it won’t be at a Burger King.
