Chili's Grill & Bar

Revisited to give another chance. Raised to 3 star as this time had better service. Went inside to ask for table and was told on a Sunday evening around 7 it would be 15 to 20 mins. Seated at five minute mark 👍 server greeted us quickly and had chips and salsa within 4 minutes 👍 ordered chicken Cajun pasta and tacos. Food was served hot and was delicious. Logan our waiter was pleasant and made sure drinks were filled. Rated a three star mainly because it was a slow night it appeared and still wonder if it was busy how would service be? All in all, I feel it was a far better trip than before. Previous visit 1 star Went by myself to have a simple dinner at bar. Bartender was unable to acknowledge me and too busy being mad. Asked to be seated in restaurant after 10 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Service terrible and give it a one just because richmond road is far better. For two people, no alcohol, no dessert it was about $25.

We had great service - promptly seated , attentive server and delicious food. Our server was quick to take care of concerns. She came back and checked with us because not all of orders came up and was quick to make a change when the kitchen sent out a wrong side. Very enjoyable experience on what is a usually busy holiday!

Definitely won't be back to a Chili's. We went in at 9pm (the door said they closed at 10pm) and a worker looked at us and kept sweeping. When she was done she came over and gave us a table but made sure to be really cold about it. I worked in restaurants for years so I thought maybe the closing time on the door was posted wrong and that's why she was being so cold and obviously put-out by us. I asked what time they closed and she said they were open for 1 more hour. Not sure why she had to be rude if they were open for a full hour after our arrival. I ordered the nachos to share and my husband ordered the burger. His burger seemed okay although very stingy with the fries. My nachos were... not what I was expecting. When the waitress brought them we both were kinda surprised and thought that maybe it was a mistake. There were exactly 12 chips - so at $10 this means I paid nearly $1 PER CHIP! I was hoping that at least they would be amazing but they were definitely below average. Won't be back.

Not a very good experience going to Chili’s tonight. My wife and I figured we’d try something new and couldn’t be any more regretful. First of all the hostess was in the back of the restaurant on her phone, she saw us and ran up and set us down. Secondly our waitress was very monotoned but was attentive which is fine. We ask for chips and salsa and the chips were freezing cold. Okay fine, let’s forget about it. We order our regular meals and I specifically say no onions or ranch on my sliders. We wait about 15 mins, our food arrives and low and behold the sliders have onions and ranch. I scrape it off and ignore it. I get around to my wings, absolutely nasty. Taste so cheap and sauce-less. Ordered a side of fries which were ice cold. NEXT, my wife’s street corn tastes like it sat in water for 8 hours. Not to mention loud rap music was coming from the kitchen area which is extremely unprofessional. I love rap music but blasting out of the kitchen is just unacceptable. Moral of the story, everything was ice cold, tasted frozen, and was just all around flavorless. Will absolutely not be back!

There were two girls working at the hostess stand who were extremely rude and seemed like they were still in high school. Had their arms crossed the entire time they were talking to us and made it seem like we were BOTHERING them when we walked into the door. The restaurant was half empty yet we were told the wait was at least 30 minutes. When asked if we could sit at the bar and wait with a drink she said “I don’t think so. Because then people in the dining room would have to wait longer for their food if you order”. I’ll also add that she said that with a lot of attitude. Hire better staff. And tell them not to dress like they just woke up. I’m never coming back here and definitely telling all my friends and family to avoid this location as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews and I rarely leave bad reviews. But we had a terrible experience. The past few times we’ve been, service has been slow, even when they’re not busy. This time was by far the worst of our visits. It took 20-30 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. They weren’t even taken by our server, they were taken by the hostess. It took another 15 minutes for our server to come by and take our order. I’d guess it took another 45 minutes for our food to come. Other tables were having issues with their food being undercooked and their bills being wrong. We thought they were being difficult until our bill came and was all wrong.
