Kfc

Went through the drive thru, they were fast but the order was wrong from the very beginning. They only gave us 3 out of 4 drinks. Then we pulled into a parking spot in their parking lot to eat. Our food was half cold, the fries were half filled, and one meal was missing a biscuit. Went in to get what was missing and saw a COCKROACH dead on the floor. Will NOT be coming back!

I absolutely hate to complain but not good service or food Richmond Rd store, ordered a large family meal$$$$ yesterday through grub hub for pick up and when I was told by grub hub that it was ready, it wasn't and they said to pull forward and was making fresh chicken to be ready in 8-10 minutes and they'd bring it out. Never happened after 20 minutes I go in and my order is sitting under the warming lamps. Get home and no large sides, they're small! The chicken wasn't fresh🤬 terrible, don't waste your money like I obviously did! Just a little effort, considering it was not busy could have changed this review to a nice one.

No one in the drive-thru ahead of me. I was asked to wait. After 5 minutes, I pulled around to the window. No one there either. I decided just to go to Hardee's, so as I pulled off I noticed two employees on the drive-thru side hunkered down in the cold weather smoking. Okay, so that's where they were. As I pulled out, there were two on the other side, outside taking a break. A fifth employee was taking the garbage out. At least he was working, which is more than I can say for the rest of them. The only positive thing I have to say about the whole experience was that the staff at Hardee's was friendly and the service was fast. The chicken was great too. Thank you KFC, for sending me there.
