Burger King

I don’t eat fast food. I will usually go hungry before I stop to eat fast food. Today I didn’t. I stopped at this location and just got 2 sandwiches. They actually had toppings on them unlike my prior experiences with fast food joints that may have a single shredded lettuce leaf. These sandwiches were put together like the picture on the menu. Good job!

Dude working the window tonight on March/27/2022 was so rude. My fiance said "yeah, can I just get one bacon cheeseburger plea-" and he said "yeah, can I just get one second" and paused. Then said "thanks" like really sarcastically. After we waited like 6 or 7 mins for anyone to say anything with no one car in line.. On top of that the food is usually cold at this location.The last time I went actually inside to order hoping Id get warm food this time, a woman came in right after me saying her food was cold. So I know we aren't the only ones. To the Owner or manager, yall need to get some better employees or train them again. I understand not caring when you don't get paid well but you could at least be nice. I really don't think I'll be back to this location. I've been here plenty to know what's up and it's gross honestly.

Had door dashed to this location this evening. We have sat here well over 10 minutes waiting on someone to answer. 5 minutes more from the other lane. Employees outside and one girl seeming to work inside. Barely any communication, no apology. The girl assisting us was ok, not the best customer service. Was not a pleasant experience.

Was enticed to come to the Burger King at this location as it is the closest and I had a free chicken sandwich in the app for "Chicken Sandwich Day". App checked the restaurant before I entered the order - got done - and had to put in a new credit card. Hit enter and it says something to the effect that the store wasn't available. Retried several times. Talked to the manager - said they have nothing to do with the app and there was no one to call. Didn't offer to make it right or anything. I explained that I had rode the bus there - and they didn't care. I made sure to tell them I wasn't going to eat there anymore. Went next door to Chic-fi-la and had an enjoyable dinner. I see a lot of one star reviews for this location which is the newest one in town. Burger King needs to get their act together. Avoid this location.

Been in line for over 45 minutes!! 3 cars in front of me!! We finally pull off and en employee was cleaning the drive thru with water hose... Someone could have told us, instead of taking 2 orders then then 4 people in line to order! I would have gave it NO STARS but that wasn't a option! This place always sucks with any kinda service, even before they were short on employees
