Burger King

On Dec 15 2021 afternoon, cause it’s very close my home,I took my three children to Burger King. My car had to get a repaired. We live nearby so we walked the dine in wasn’t open that day,so we went through the drive through but when it was our turn to order, they said can’t sell food to us cause we walked. I even told them my car had to get repaired and I just wanted to get my kids some food ,but they still didn’t serve us. That’s very bad experience and hurt my feelings,never going to any Burger King.

The guy at the drive through was on his cell phone while taking our payment. When we got our food it was ice cold. So I parked my car went inside and told the man who had been on the phone “if you hadn’t been on your phone maybe you would have notice the food was cold”. He threw the bag of food away, called back to have it remade then rolled his eyes while skating his head. He got really mad when I called him out on that. I said “I can see you! You work in customer service! That’s ridiculous!” So then he called back over his headset to cancel remaking my order. Opened the cash register and got my money out. He added it to me and as sarcastically as possibly said “have a good day”. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PERSON. Should not be working on customer service!!

The food was horrible as always. The service was horrible as always. It is annoying that every time I come to this restaurant I am treated like I am wasting their time. My wife ordered chicken fries that looked and tasted like they had been cooked 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately they are the only burger king on this side of town that is close to me so will probably be back but most definitely not my first or even 10th choice for that matter.

What is this? I paid for the cinnaminis for my son and they were cold and not even eatible. Also this waffle sandwich didn't taste or even look like what it was supposed to. The Waffle was extra hard, sausage tasted burnt. Thank you BK you pissing me off. The only thing that was warm was the waffle on the sandwich. So thanks 🤦🏻‍♂️🖕🏻🤬

Decided to pick up some fast food at my son's favorite chain. I decided to go in, instead of waiting in the drive through line, and was pleasantly surprised. I checked a car in the drive thru before I went in and was able to get out of the parking lot before they had even made it to the window. So the person working the inside counter was very efficient. I did have to fill our drinks before we left and was a little bit disappointed in the drink mixture not having enough syrup. All in all a worthy fast food experience.
