Mcdonald's

They always get my order wrong. Every single time I go. I honestly only go to this McDonald’s because it is convenient for me since the location is close to my house. I just don’t understand how you can always give someone the wrong food and wonder if it is like that for everyone. Since I’m getting the wrong order, I know someone is too. This location isn’t the best. I will just go to canes from now on.

They let people walk up to the drive through, cutting off the drive through line (which had grown to be very long). 6 people did this. 6 people cut off all the cars in the line. The employees took their orders and let them walk through the line to stand at the next window. Not only is this disrespectful and a huge waste of time for people trying to wait for their food, its a huge safety hazard. One woman almost got hit when a car thought they were leaving (two women standing at the window- they have seperate orders.) We left without getting food, as there became a standing line at the window or random people who walked up cutting off the cars that had been waiting for 30 minutes already.

The bxch in the front with the cheap weave needs to go. The rudest most disgusting excuse of an employee I’ve ever seen. As a business owner and someone who’s worked in customer service for 15+ years she would’ve been gone with the quickness if she worked for me. Turning your back on customers because you didn’t like the question being asked? This place is truly a mess.
