Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst place for lunch. Boneless were spicy even tho we asked for non spicy. Took a long to get served and restaurant was almost empty. I don’t recommend this place to go at lunchtime. We had to go without the sandwich we were not whiling to spend another 40 minutes to get the food we paid for, waiter didn’t even care about it

Very similar experiences to the others on here. Wait staff is extremely slow and often disappear for extended amounts of time. I agree with another review on here that the staff will hangout with employees who are not on shift but linger around after they're off the clock to drink. I ordered an unsweetened tea and it was 10min before she returned with it. When she brought it she said she apologized but the bar was backed up and when she saw the puzzled look on my face because it was a tea not an alcohol drink she started stuttering and said "well right now that's the only tea jug full." It took about 75min to order tea and boneless wings before we got our check and not because I was trying to hangout. I notice the manage always posts on reviews to fill.out a form.om the website so I went there first. This is a form where I assume they're going to send you a coupon or gift card. I'd rather not get one of those but instead the management needs to read these reviews and just fix the problems. Managers stand around laughing and jaw jacking with the employees instead of managing.

Food is normal Buffalo Wild Wings food which I like. So why the 2 stars? You have to judge chain restaurants on their service and how they compare to other restaurants under their brand. This particular location lacks considerably on service. I like going here for some wings and a few beers because I live close but they are super slow and lack attention to the customers. Often times you can find employees gathered around a table hanging out with employees who are off shift. When I have said something to the manager he in turns says something to employees and then service got much worse. A few weeks ago I talked to the manager after I had been there almost 40min and the only thing I had a chance to order was a tea. I explained I ordered my tea and another waitress brought it and I hadn't seen my waitress again. Shortly after speaking to him she came over rolling her eyes at me took my order, another waitress brought my food and after waiting with no refill or check-ins I finally paid through a different waitress.

First off, let me say I’m not reviewing Buffalo Wild Wings as a chain, I am only reviewing this location on the particular day in question. Okay, we arrived at this location around 1pm on a Thursday. It was the day that hurricane Michael hit. We were looking forward to a few beers and wings. Well after ordering our beers, we were told their draft system was down and we could only do bottle service. A little disappointing but no big deal. Unfortunately everything we asked for in bottles were unavailable so we were stuck with Pacifico and Miller lite. Not my go to beers if I’m ordering wings. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Our waitress was training so we had her and the trainee. Again, not a big deal I understand how the restaurant business works. They both were very helpful and attentive. Other than the beer issue (which is why I’m only giving 3 stars -1 for no draft beers, and -1 for very limited bottles) the experience was enjoyable. I ordered the house sampler and everything was delicious. I was even able to toss the wings in the new pumpkin ale sauce. I would come back again, but would check to make sure they were able to serve us drinks before ordering any food.
