Starbucks

I wanted to use my birthday reward to give it to my friend, Ashlee Kiel in Pennsylvania, as her blood runs on SB, but they don't let you. I still had a damn fine experience. Any size anything. They explained the sizes to me and asked me to spell my name. Was treated very well. Also, it was my belated birthday, but they were cool.

I get coffee from this location fairly frequently and they really make an effort to keep up with the seemingly nonstop customer traffic. This store location is fairly large with plenty of seating inside and outside making it a great place to meet with people or get work done if you need. The staff is always polite and friendly, and I’ve only had one encounter with a barista that was slightly unpleasant. I would suggest that they work on communicating store hours a little better because they’re sometimes closed randomly without explanation which can be frustrating. They do offer mobile ordering where you can get your order by drive thru, store pickup, or curbside since they have designated parking spots for to go orders.

Slow. Don’t order mobile orders from this location. It doesn’t save any time and will only make you aggravated. Edited it to a one star. No customer service skills. Didn’t get greeted. They did not talk to me at all and kept their back to the drive through window until they rudely handed me the drink.

I go to this Starbucks 2 to 3 times a week for my online class, every time I walk in I am greeted pleasantly, and if Thomas is working he greats me by name and knows exactly what I'm going to order and asks about how school is going. I look forward to seeing Thomas when I go to Starbucks because he is just so friendly ☺ ! THANKS Thomas you Rock!!!
