I loved it could eat it all day every day 24/7 365 days a year. Popcorn shrimp is the best. Use to never even eat it but tried it and fell in love with it now don't order nothing but that. Keep it coming

Very confusing ordering system. Spent over $36 here & I got a few popcorn shrimp in with my batter. See pic. The shrimp were really good & really hot, but the experience was kind of ruined by the batter pieces in with a few shrimp. So with Wendy's you ask, "Where's the beef?" With LJS you will ask, "Where's the shrimp?"

I love their chicken planks so much! I am crushed that they permanently closed all of the locations in my city except one (on the far side of town). I get so excited when there comes a reason to go to that area of town and I get a chance to have their food. My absolute favorite from the time I was little to now!

There is only one Long John's in Lexington...I didn't know that till my MIL wanted Long Johns. I had fish and hushpuppies. SO good, and kinda greasy, so you know it tasted great! I had to go back again the following week, cause it was so good. They were busy, but got our order right. No complaints.

This is the last Long John Silver's left in its founding City of Lexington Kentucky. The food is good which includes deep fried fish and chips and also what they call Chicken planks which is also deep fried chicken with the fish batter on the outside. They have other seafood specialties such as crab cakes and shrimp as well as some grilled items such as salmon and shrimp.

Went thru the drive thru & Specifically said hush puppy’s and french fries with the 1 Chicken & 1 fish dinner & also got 8 piece shrimp meal w/green beans. Ask for extra shrimp sauce & extra vinegar. Repeated the order. Got home & NO FF, NO VINEGAR, teaspoon of SHRIMP SAUCE , cold slaw we didn’t order & NO HUSH PUPPIES. Call back to talk to the Manager, “Mike” he acted like it was no concern of his.

Went thru drive thru and they got order wrong. Went back and let them know they left off 2 coleslaws one cheesecake and chicken. One of the managers walked to the speaker & asked to see receipt. He said to pull to the window. Asked for food back and had attitude like We did something wrong. Was very rude & disrespectful. Definitely needs a class in customer service..
