Ocean View Seafood

This place was packed. We had to wait to get our table. I have tried other places where they serve similar food. The broiled platter was delicious as well as the fried one. We just didn’t like the fact that we had to wait a lot for the broiled platter, almost an hour but since it was busy I didn’t complain on that. Food is high quality. I wish they keep something spicy always for people who like their food that way. The only thing they have is texas pete which our waitress forgot to bring and when she did we were almost done. I recommend this place if you want quality and delicious seafood for cheap.

We stopped here traveling on a road trip by pure chance. I'm telling you the food the service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . I had the rib eye and crab legs and was top notch the baked potato the salad the Cole slaw was perfect. We will be back .We are from Charleston SC and would take a road trip just to enjoy this place again . If you are ever down towards Lexington NC don't miss out on this place you won't be disappointed .Prices are great too . Kudos to Ocean View for the best meal on our whole trip .We will be back

We are from out of town and decided to try this seafood restaurant. The staff was awesome our waitress was wonderful and our meals were amazing! The nicest looking crab legs, wonderful presentation.,Everything was great including the salad that was above and beyond. I wish they were closer to us. This is definitely a must go to!

Service didn't even deserve a 1 star! Worst experience with seafood ever! Shrimp was cold and rubbery. Slaw was bitter tasting. Hush puppies were stale. Even the waitress was not on her job had to ask for refills and silverware! And to top it off they didn't want to make it right! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was on break. 😂😂😂 Your the manager you can help a customer and then go back to break? We were a party of 6 and you just lost 6 customers!

We have eaten here for years. Just recently it has gone down hill. The food tonight tasted like it had been sitting there for days. It was awful. I know there short staffed but by the time she got back to ck on is, i had already filled up on my potato and getting new shrimp would have been a waste. This was our last visit here. No one even offer to discount the bad food. All i got was oh ok for cashier. And "just let me know if you need anything else" from waitress......🤬😢🤬😢

This is by far the worst seafood I've eaten. The food is definitely not fresh. The shrimp were so over cooked they were shriveled up and dry. They had no flavor. The scallops were very strong tasting and overcooked. The baked potato was gray inside. They do have good hush puppies. The building itself is in dire need of remodeling. The tables were blistered and felt dirty. The seats sank down so far it made the table too high for me. The floors need replaced. Needless to say we won't go back.
