Zaxby's

Never went to a Zaxby’s that I wasn’t fond of… until today. The tea with sweetened labeled on the spout was in fact unsweetened. Had to go back and ask for the toast that comes with the zalads and the French fried onions are missing. I’m pretty sure this isn’t a whole serving of chicken cut up in this blacked blue zalad, however at this point I’m over it….

Zaxby's has gone down in the quality of food. I ordered a wings N things plate with BBQ sauce on the boneless wings..the sauce was super salty as well as the tenders batter was even worse..the fries weren't hot at all. I didn't enjoy my meal as much as I thought I would and we all know that it can be really expensive for a family of 4 or 5 to eat there. On the up side the inside of the restaurant was really clean tho...maybe (if there is a next time) the food will taste better.

Zaxby’s prices are HIGH for the amount & Quality Of food served…. I ordered a salad & with grilled chicken & NO blue cheese - they must have wanted to make sure I had xtra BLUE CHEESE…. .asked for xtra fried onions and they gave me a tiny tiny cup with about 5 little pieces of onions- 🤦🏻‍♀️!! This salad was far from being worth the $10 paid for it…. someone needs to close that gap! Even a side salad from McDonald’s& Wendy’s is larger than the one given to me from Zaxby’s… TRY TRY TRY AGAIN - Come on ZAXBY’S .. GET IT TOGETHER!!! service was fairly slow - but they do cook to order… Makes it a bit slower anyway… I’ll go back - just hoping they WILL make sure you get what you pay for…

Easily the most unclean restaurant I have ever encountered. Cashier was rude and got our order wrong and the drink machine wasn’t working so we notified the manager Javier was sitting at a table in the dining room and refused to acknowledge us. We ended up eating our wrong order in the car because not one table was wiped and cleaned. This is honestly an embarrassment to the zaxbys brand. Truly disappointed and won’t be returning.
