Mcdonald's

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I came inside to order 2 burritos and a frappe literally stood in the waiting room 30 minutes along with other people who were here before me. Not one employee spoke to any of us once. They have no one at the registers at front. Just absolute horrible customer service. But all the employees seem to be having a great time cutting up laughing in the back. If I could of gave it 0 stars I would of. One star is just too much. Will never come back here again. I still haven’t even got my food or drink! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 if you want McDonald’s go to a different one!

I love McDonald's. And I eat there from time to time. But today was a sad time. I saw an older person leave their car walk in and after a few seconds they wandered over to the robot and stood in front of that machine. I don't know what they were thinking but I know what the end result was. They simply turned around and walked out of McDonald's and got into their car and drove off. I'm sure they found a place that had a friendly smile. I found it interesting that they didn't just go to the drive-thru. Remember the days when you walked up to the counter and said where's the beef? Or proudly let it fly out of your mouth to all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles and a sesame seed bun. I still have that one memorized. I wonder if a robot would appreciate that?. Still McDonald's is great. And sad moments happen everywhere. I was just there to see this one.

Gave them 3 stars two years ago. Now to present day 4/4/22 ...Visited one day and the manager was beyond rude. Today the manager, same person from last time was just as rude. All I asked for was sauce or ketchup. I let the first one go because maybe they were having a bad day. Today same attitude. Management is not setting a good example as to what customer service is.I just wanna know if I eat inside why did I have to come get my food while they walked everyone else's out. Dirty dining room. Just worse overall. DO BETTER.

Very slow taking my order. Drive-thru was way to long so I went inside. I have no desire to order from one of the kiosk so I went to the register to order my take out. Several employees walked by no one bothered to say hello or someone will be right with you. If you're going to work in a place of business that deals with customers then customer service should be your top priority. If you want me to order from a kiosk then give me an employee discount because I'm taking the job away from an employee.

Terrible terrible terrible! This McDonald’s is slowly going down hill. Us Lexingtonians have sat through all these years and WATCHED this location suck their way through every situation that was thrown at them. Drive thru was stopped! Many receipts were brought back for corrections. All their soda syrup was OUT.
