Little Caesars

Truly disappointed. I had order online to pick-up and arrived to see that order wasnt ready yet. I noticed that the cashier was watching his phone while the other only employee was doing all the work. The line of people waiting for the pizza was very long. Once I open my pizza I was enraged because what i was given was unacceptable. They really need to step there game because this unacceptable.

A few months ago I got raw dough pizza and raw dough Italian cheese bread. I made the decision not to go here anymore. I decided to give them another try as it’s been a few months and I ordered through the app where it said it was ready and I went. I got to the counter and asked for my order only to be told by a boy, with his pants half down and could very well make out what was on his boxers, that I had to wait on my cheese pizza. When I had told him the app said it was ready he replied “they have to make it bc I can’t find it” I got my order about 10 minutes later only to find that my Italian cheese bread was barely warm and my pizza was half burnt and had more crust than cheese or sauce. Obviously disappointed and will never return to this establishment again. I will order dominoes and drive farther to get it than ever come here again! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Went in at 1pm for the lunch special. Was completely ignored for 5 minutes by the multiple employees. Another customer came in and was ignored too. So I rang the little bell, thinking maybe they just didn't notice us waiting and was told "I don't have to serve you if you're going to act like that!" When the same employee finally sauntered up to the register she asked how she could help me as if I had interrupted her. I asked for the lunch special, which is supposed to be ready and on hand. I was told it would be 30 minutes! Will never return to a place that is uninterested and annoyed by customers looking for basic service.
