Chick-fil-a

Long line BUT the line moved fast. The ladies up front was friendly, fast, and looked like they actually wanted to be there working. (Some places employees look like they are mad because you are there but not here) everything was great. There was one male server looked like he would be a runner and cleaning up had shorts on that was way too tight not something that someone should wear in a restaurant especially a restaurant with kids if you know what I mean by showing the goods. 🙄

Attended a Mother Son date night here. Theme was very cute, but restaurant was incredibly dirty, portions given were full price in addition to $12 per person AND were smaller than normal (such as fry serving). After taking our order we never saw our "waiter" again- he has clocked out. So we got to help ourselves to refills while everyone else had "fine dining" secret code mission fun. I would have loved to enjoy a meal with my sons instead of running back and forth for drinks and help. Definitely not worth the price for the ticket,could easily just ate here and saved $50 and just bought the food like normal. Disappointed with this location and this event. Spoke to a lady at event who simply said so sorry, that's over my pay grade and laughed. Downgrade from two to one stars. Spoke to the shift manager while I was here and he didn't seem to care either. Talked to the event lady "in charge" and she felt that it was ok the floor was so slippery and she said it was always slippery like that. This is by far the worst chick fil a I have ever been in and had the absolute worst level of service I have ever had at any fast food in a long time.

When I was ordering everything was very nice, compact, and clean. Dining area is near-perfection and employees where nice. Food was delivered near instantly. play place looked nice however was sealed off (covid-19) FOOD IS BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER CHICK FIL A'S I HAVE GONE TO!!! My chicken nuggets are perfect along with fries, the cherry cola tasted exactly as it should.

I went through the drive thru this morning, was told to pull up cause they were waiting for my biscuit. This was 10:02am waited and waited a lady said “we are getting your order ready it’ll be right now”. Then 10:30 I went it and explained I’ve been outside almost 30 minutes! She said she apologized but my order was given to another car. Well how are you working on the order that was already given to someone else? Anyways, another 10 minutes later I got my order after retelling them my order and they refunded the money. A worker said she was going to give me a complimentary card (I assume a fry or ice cream for free) and she was super nice. Well the manager who came out was completely rude, like we were the inconvenience. So sad, chick fil a should have a talk with that manager!

We ordered regular chicken tenders peach milkshake and Sunjoy. We got spicy chicken tenders and no milkshake along with the other drink and a plain tea. Our ordered was all mixed up! Mouth was burning from the spiciness...at least they could've given me my milkshake to help with the wrong spicy tenders they gave me!!!
