Great place! Service was quick! Food was hot. I dined there Saturday morning 12-26. I believe Corey was the manager on duty and Amy at the cash register.UPDATE: I went there 7-11-2021 and the dining room is open

Prices are going up and portions are going down. This is common knowledge if you enjoy eating out you know what I'm saying. Picked up a couple Sundays the other day and was quite disappointed. They look tiny. I think the cup size might have even gotten smaller. However we went to the local ice cream shop the other day and their prices went up not as much as McDonald's but their portion went up quite a bit. These fast food restaurants that we all grew up loving are pinching every penny and it can't be good for business. But $50 worth of food was okay just not worth it.

For 5 years I have tried to get service from the Cotton Grove road location and and usual they are the worst mcdonalds I have ever seen. They ignored me AGAIN yesterday like I was invisible. Noone even acknowledged my presence. The store manager and 4 other front staff looked me right in the eyes and continued to ignore me. I will never come back as a customer or a Dasher.

The fries are NEVER cooked properly and the sadwiches often appear as though they were thrown together from across the room. They have gotten several of my orders wrong when ordered through the app.

The staff was very nice. The cashier was wonderful and he really knows how to work the ice cream machine. I always feel lucky to actually get ice cream from Mc Donalds.

This McDonald's is always backed up. Always check bag b4 pulling off. Associates were not friendly. No thank you. Several cars pulled around rather than wait.

Had to repeat my order 4 times and then when I checked my bag the order still wasn't right the person at the window did not ring up half my order and then the things we did get was half unwrapped and thrown in the bag, the fries was luke warm and they did not try to make it right. Will not be back
