Tried these new steak burgers with bacon and steak sauce at Hardee’s. Thought they would have more flavor. They were also dry and not juicy burgers. Nice pieces of bacon, but missing lettuce. Pretty expensive burger to not get good reviews.

I'm falling in love with the Hardee's menu again. As far as I'm concerned there's not another fast food restaurant in town that offers burgers that taste as good. And the guy running the drive thru was awesome. He spoke very clearly and took the time needed to make sure he had the order correct. I'll be back soon.

Food is made fresh and the fries are always hot. Online/app ordering makes it extremely easy.

This is the first time I ordered from this Hardee's. I ordered the $15 F meal which is: 6 tenders, 2 double cheeseburgers and 4 orders of small fries. We had to wait for a while until it was brought out to our car. We get home and the fries are old and dry. I figure if they had to cook the tenders they should have cooked a fresh batch of fries. Besides the fries the tenders and the burgers were good.
You can see in the picture the fries look dry.

Got the mushroom swiss meal and it hit the spot. Haven't been inside ever since Covid so I'm assuming it's pretty clean in there. Now that I think about it, I wonder what it's like working in a place that once was thriving with people and now nobody comes in for hours at a time. Must seem strange

I ordered the tenders and they were good however the fries were very mediocre.
Hardy's food has slightly declined over the last few years I remember their burgers used to be so good and now they're just average at best.
The staff are really friendly and nice at this location however, the food quality has kind of dipped (except for their chicken tenders which I actually like).

A drive-thru window should be fast, and food made to order is slow, and for Hardee's this is it's downfall. Their burgers and biscuits are really good, but the second guy in line should not have to wait 15 minutes after ordering to get his food, at a pickup window. Their craft is paced as a sit-down restaurant. An order and pull it over there seems in order after breakfast hours.
