Subway

Husband and I had the pleasure of being waited on by Zachary Smith today. His attitude, friendly service and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. If only he was in every establishment we visited, it would be a perfect world. Exceptional customer service is so hard to come by these days and keeps us home more. Thank you for today, Zach. You shine at what do and appreciate your kindness. Oh, and the food you prepared for us was good too.

We eat here weekly. The past month. Every sub we have ordered....the bread has been so hard we could hardly chew. I have threw away 3 subs tonight and I am disturbed that this is ongoing. I can understand it happening once in awhile. However this is becoming notorious. I thought Subway took pride in baking fresh bread. Why would you continue to serve bread that is hard as a brick? Please reevaluate how you are storing your bread or how long you are keeping it. I am calling it quits with this location until this problem is fixed.

I had a buy one get one free coupon. I asked specifically if I would be able to use it on two orders or should we put it all on one order. They told us yes you can do 2 separate orders!! but, guess what we get to the register to pay and what do you know WE CANT DO THAT! After I was told we could. The guy checking us out said "aw its bc they are new". Idc how new they are!! Dont tell a customer they can do something then tell them they cant at the register! I will never be back there! Also my daughters bread is very stale.

I have eaten at this Subway store weekly since 2010. I have NEVER had a rude encounter with management nor employees, though some of the younger males are quintessential assholes. And they do take their time. And I don't like males with earrings or tatts prepping my sandwich. Other than that I have had no problems or concerns over the quality or quantity of food and the service has been excellent.
