Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Worst pizza i ever had today, Makes dominoes looks like a 4 star pizza place. A four year old in my kitchen can could do better without instruction. - #1 pizza cheese burnt on top, #2 not cooked in the middle, #3 uneven cooking on bottom. Save your money go elsewhere!, I appreciate your response, What i would like is a refund for the 3 pizzas i bought on sunday. $60 + dollars. If i get no response, i'll make sure to tell all people i know in Lexington of my experience there.

The staff were incredible, we had a handsome tall bald gentleman take care of us, he was kind and attentive. My chicken parm was delicious. Definitely would come back. My family enjoyed their supper. We came down from New York and this place was the first restaurant in Massachusetts we visit, Definitely worth it.

I called on a Sunday, saying we would have 30 people meeting up at Bertucci's the next Saturday after a tournament soccer game nearby. Without hesitation they booked our reservation. I called at the last minute on the night of our event to say we'd have an additional 10 people coming. NO PROBLEM. When we arrived, a half hour early, they were ready, tables labelled with our names. The food was awesome, and the entire staff from the front to the back of the house were extremely accommodating. The chef came out to confirm our orders, the hosts were organized and friendly, and the wait staff was very cool and going with the flow under pressure. I can't recommend Bertucci's Lexington enough-- we will be back next year! THANK YOU

Putting this out there with the shortage in mind. The service was extremely sub-par. The manager stepped in where he could (good guy). The waits staff was not attentive. The food is what we were disappointed with. the pizza was under cooked and doughy. Even after I sent it back, it was still not good. Skip this place until there get back to the good Bertucci name.

The restaurant was basically empty and my boyfriend and I sat unattended for 10 minutes before walking out. No one even came to get our drink orders. We saw one server pop out and speak to a table of rowdy gentlemen and then disappear. I tried to get the attention of one of the hostesses but maybe she didn’t hear me. Another hostess was sitting down on her phone while conversing with the table of boys. I’m really disappointed in the service. A complete and total let down!

No waitstaff. Poor service. One server in the whole restaurant. Being it Father's day, I phoned to see if we need a reservation. They said no reservation, just come. When we arrived the hostess tells me it's going to be a 20 minute wait for a table. I look and there were about 15 empty tables! She then told me they only have one server. I see in the reviews this isn't the first time they aren't staffed.
