Dodge's Chicken Store

ZERO stars!! (Only marked as one so it would post.) I just called about receiving a western union. I live a ways from Lexington, therefore, I asked the attendant what their policy was as far as the limit I could receive. Her response was, “I can’t discuss that over the phone.” When I explained that I needed to know before I wasted gas to be refused service upon arrival, she rudely says, “well, I still can’t tell you on the phone.” Let’s just say, my family nor myself will be a customer at ANY dodges convenience store. Anywhere.

I have been a customer of the Dodge Store in Lexington TN for many years but NO MORE due to my experience there a little past noon today. I went in to make a Western Union transaction just as I have done many times before. The assistant manager was very rude and refused to complete the transaction. She insisted on needing the mothers maiden name of the person that was to receive the funds. I realize Western Union asks that question but I also know it can be sent without it. I have sent money to pastors in Belize 5 times in the past month without using a maiden name. I went to another Western Union Station in Lexington TN and made the Belize transaction without any problems. Employees like your assistant manager costs you money. David Autry, Lexington TN

Love the icee machine! Me n hubby have to stop a couple times a day. The ladies are all very nice and they take care of every customer. They dont try to rush you out the door like alot of places, dont give you time to say what kind of cigarettes you want or food to order. All the hardworking power linemen &women appreciate the excellent service and awesome food & icees at dodge's. That's the only place we all buy gas at too. Thanx ya'lll
